Shipping and refund/return policy

-Orders shipped by DHL arrive within 3 to 7 days.(

-Orders sent by INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING/NATIONAL POSTAL MAIL  usually arrive within 2 to 4 weeks or more; this depends on the destination country, customs, the rules and regulations of your country's mail service.

-Orders are processed for shipping within 5 business days. 

-Once your order is processed for shipping, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email  and the tracking number.

-All packages arrive at their destination, please once we ship your order, pay attention to your package tracking, email or messages left by the postal service or customs of your country. If the package is returned because there was no one to receive it at your home or pick it up at a nearby post office, the package will be returned and there will be no option for a claim or refund.

-Only the recipient can receive, request delivery, or pick up their package when it's in your country.
We have no influence over the postal service to request any type of change, information, or complaint.

-You're responsible for contacting the  postal service  to ensure the delivery of your package if it's already in your country and if any problems arise during the delivery process.

-We´re not responsible for the package once it has been shipped.
